• All products are individually handmade so slight variations will occur.

• All designs are copyright of roeni.

• A £25.00 charge is made for the initial design process.

• When you are happy to place your order and have signed off the proof, we require the balance in full, we will then begin work. If for any reason you require to cancel your order after this stage 30% of the full balance and the £25.00 design fee is non refundable.

• It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all proofs are correct. When the client has checked the proof, the proof must be signed by the client. roeni will retain a copy of the approval and cannot be held responsible for any mistakes noticed after sign off has been given. The client will be charged for any amendments that are required after this point.

• Completion and delivery times are negotiable as designs vary and some may take longer to complete than others. We will however, always endeavor to meet your requirements and agree a mutually convenient completion date, even if it means we get no sleep!

• Delivery will be by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

• By placing an order the client agrees to our terms and conditions. roeni reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time.

• roeni will not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to roeni and will only use it for our own purposes
